A quick, no-pressure conversation to explore your goals, assess fit, and answer your questions. There will be time to book at the end of our call, if desired.
🌿 What I Do – Resolve patterns at the root
I facilitate a natural altered state of consciousness to resolve deep-seated patterns that interfere with living, working, and relating well. Using the creative imagination and deep language patterns, we access the deep mind to instill positive and empowering suggestions that reprogram the subconscious mind. This naturally shifts the way we automatically think, feel, and behave — so that profound and lasting change can occur from within.
🔍 How the Process Works
- Sessions are conducted by secure video call from the comfort of your home. In-person sessions are available to clients local to the SF Bay Area.
- We begin with a 1-hour consultation ($200) to explore your concerns, set the context for our work, and begin the transformation process.
- From there, you can choose:
- Pay-as-you-go sessions at $200 each
- Discounted prepaid packages for longer-term support
No obligation to continue—some clients gain powerful insight in just one session, and you will have an experience of hypnosis within the first session.
📈 What’s Typical (and What’s Flexible)
- 5 Change-Work sessions (after the consult) are effective for most focused issues.
- 10+ sessions may be appropriate for layered or long-standing patterns.
- Weekly sessions are ideal. Biweekly sessions are the minimum to sustain progress.
