1. Activate Your Account 🔑

Before you can receive video-call links or manage future bookings, please activate your Practice Better account.

Check your inbox for an email titled "Join Skye Winfrey on Practice Better" and click the activation link.

Until your account is active, you won't be able to access call links or the online scheduling portal.

2. Complete Your Intake Forms 📝

You should have received a second email with the subject "New forms to complete."

Please follow the prompts to fill out your intake questionnaire (10–20 minutes).

Completing these forms prior to our appointment helps me customize your appointments so you get the highest quality and we can make the most out of our time together.

Your session is confirmed once your forms are submitted. Forms left incomplete 24 hours before booking will be automatically cancelled. Please let me know if you need extra time.

📅 Your Change-Work Consultation

Session Length: 60 minutes (plan up to 75 minutes as a cushion)

Platform: Virtual (Telehealth). If we'll be meeting in person, you should have received my address in a confirmation email.

Meeting Link: A unique link will be automatically emailed to you in an appointment reminder before the session is scheduled to start. Please follow the link in that email to join the call.

📌 Policies & Expectations

Cancellation Policy:

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full fee ($200). This both protects your time, allows others to access support, and makes my business workable. I will of course extend the same courtesy if my schedule changes.

Respectful Communication:

Life happens! If something comes up, a quick text goes a long way. Silence puts me in limbo and may prevent another client from receiving care. Communication builds mutual respect and keeps your karma bright ✨

Payment Info:

Please complete the Credit Card Authorization form in the portal. I will manually process payment, and your card will be charged the morning of the session—unless we've agreed otherwise. Sessions cancelled without 24-hour notice will still be charged.

Under the Documents section of your client portal, review the PDF titled "How To Prepare For Your Hypnotherapy Session" prior to our first appointment.
